How to Configure an Alarm Zone

can configure a sound to be made by the device or send an output relay.
The events shown in the image below are the events available for the Alarm zone.
If you want to turn off the Alert Sound after an Alarm event you have to Clear Alarm in the
Monitoring > Device Status menu

Below is a sample video of arming an A2 with device arm/disarm setting. An authentication attempt is
made during arm status. Then the zone is disarmed.

You can clear the alarm in the Zone Status tab of the Monitoring page but you cannot
disable the arm status within BioStar 2’s menu.
