DO High Alarm: when the measured value is higher than high alarm pull-on
value, high alarm relay pulls on; when the measured value is lower than
high alarm cut-off value, high alarm relay cuts off.
DO Low Alarm: when the measured value is lower than low alarm pull-on
value, low alarm relay pulls on; when the measured value is higher than
lower alarm cut-off value, low alarm relay cuts off.
