Removing the Carrier Assembly from the Processor Heatsink
Module (PHM)
To remove the processor carrier assembly from the PHM, please follow the steps below:
1. Detach four plastic clips (marked a, b, c, d) on the processor carrier assembly from the
four corners of heatsink (marked A, B, C, D) in the drawings below.

2. When all plastic clips are detached from the heatsink, remove the processor carrier
assembly from the heatsink
