application.

Configure the following for the call setup portion:
CALL TYPE
Options: SPEECH (F1), DATA-64 (F2), DATA-56 (F3), 3.1K (more, 
F1), 7K (more, F2)
Determine what kind of call to place.
•  SPEECH: Use for a speech call.
•  DATA-64: Use for a data call at 64 kbps data rate.
•  DATA-56: Use for a data call at 56 kbps data rate.
•  3.1K: Use for a 3.1 kHz audio call.
•  7K: Use for a 7 kHz audio call. Supported only in ETSI.

B CHANNEL
Options: AUTO (F1), B1 (F2), B2 (F3)
This determines which B-channel you will use for the call.
•  AUTO: Automatically selects the first available B-channel.
•  B1: Use to place a call on B-channel 1.
•  B2: Use to place a call on B-channel 2.

CALLED NUM TYPE
Options: UNKNOWN (F1), INTL (F2), NATL (F3), LOCAL (F4)
Select a Called Number Type to compose the Type of Number 
field in the called party number element of a call setup message 
(refer to ITU-T Q.931).
•  UNKNOWN: Specify an unknown type of number.
•  INTL: Specify an International type of number.
•  NATL: Specify a National type of number.
•  LOCAL: Specify a Subscriber type of number.

CALLED NUM PLAN
Options: UNKNOWN (F1), TELEPH (F2), PRIVATE (F3)
Select a Called Number Plan to to compose the Numbering Plan 
Identification field in the called party element of a call setup mes-
sage (refer to ITU-T Q.931).
