Insert  the 

Handlebar  Post  (No.  10)

Upright  Tube  Cover  (No.  9)

.  Move 

the 

Upright Tube Cover (No. 9) 

higher.   

Connect the

 Sensor Wire 1 (No. 11) 

with 

Sensor Wire 2 (No. 22).

 Put all wires into 

the

  Main  Frame  (No.  21).

  Insert  the 

Handlebar  Post  (No.  10)

  into  the 

Main 

Frame (No. 21)

 with 4 

Screws (No. 19)

, 4 

Spring Washers (No. 14)

, 2 

Flat Washer 

(No.  18)

  and  2

  Washer  (No.  20)

  using 

Allen Wrench (No. 92)

. 

Move  the 

Upright  Tube  Cover  (No.  9) 

lower so it snaps into the 

Main Frame (No.
