1. The inverter can continue running.
2. Check whether the related wiring and termi-
nal are abnormal, check whether there are
any foreign materials or other environmental
abnormalities, and take corresponding correc-
tive measures when necessary.
If the fault persists, please contact Sungrow
Power Customer Service.

MPPT Reverse
Connection
1. Check whether the corresponding string is
of reverse polarity. If so, disconnect the DC
switch and adjust the polarity when the string
current drops below 0.5 A.
2. Contact Sungrow Customer Service if the
preceding causes are ruled out and the fault
persists.
*The code 264 to code 279 are corresponding
to string 1 to string 20 respectively.
