The key-associated data descriptors are only returned on Encryption Status
6h and in the following Key Descriptor Type order.

Descriptors List The key-associated data descriptors are only returned on Encryption
Status 6h. The following key association descriptors are returned in
the Key Descriptor Type order:

001b = The value in the key descriptor field is not covered by
authentication, for example: U-KAD
