Cool and warm box (if
equipped)
The cool and warm box is equipped with a
mild refrigeration and mild heating function
that uses the air from the air conditioner.
When the air flow control dial is in the
“ ”
or
“ ”
position, it is possible to use the
mild refrigeration and mild heating func-
tion. To stop the mild refrigeration and mild
heating function, slide the shutter at the
bottom of the box closed. To use the mild
refrigeration and mild heating function,
slide the shutter open.
CAUTION
.
The temperature inside the vehi-
cle becomes high in the summer
when the engine is stopped. Do
not leave products that may ex-
plode or melt in the box.

Do not put an opened beverage
into the box. If beverages spill
out, devices in the surrounding
area may be damaged.
NOTE

The box temperature varies depend-
ing on the passenger
’
s side air con-
ditioning temperature. When the air
conditioner is not operating, tempera-
ture in the box remains at the room
temperature.

Do not put foods (such as ice cream
and chocolate) that may be affected by
a temperature change in the box.

Pocket
CAUTION
Do not use the pocket as an ashtray
or leave a lighted cigarette in the
pocket. This could cause a fire.
To use the pocket, push lightly on the lid
below the climate controls.
