8. Attach the plate (#4) into plate (#2) with the nut (#6). Be sure the side of the wheel attaches to the

rubber block (#22). See Fig.8.

’’x6’’ or 8’’x8’’ strapping, please follow these instructions:

1. Attach the long thread shaft (#5) into the plate (#2) with bolt (#23) Adjust the long thread shaft

to the flat location. See Fig.9.
