Characteristics: Surface finish not smooth.

Corrective actions

Reprocess the part using the latest version of CatalystEX software.

Reprocess part with CAD software.

Check for bad bearings in X/Y table. Replace XY table if needed.

Check Z stage:

Check Z belt tension.

Verify Z stage tray is level.

Verify the Z stage guide rods are not loose. Tighten as needed.

Check for play on Z lead screw, move up and down. Replace Z stage if needed.
