INGREDIENTS
1 (100g) unsweetened acai smoothie
pack
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup strawberries
½-1 cup coconut milk
honey or agave, to taste
1-2 cups fresh fruit
½-1 cup granola, chopped almonds,
and/or chia seeds
coconut flakes, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add acai, banana, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and 1/2 cup of coconut milk,
and honey or agave to the blender. Insert the Tamper into the Lid. Turn the Dial
to the ‘frozen’ setting and blend, using the Tamper to press ingredients towards
the Blades if necessary. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
Pour contents into bowls and top with fresh fruit, granola, and coconut shreds.
INGREDIENTS
2 (14-oz.) cans full fat coconut milk
½ cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Refrigerate coconut milk overnight. Add coconut milk to Power Blender and
blend on a low setting. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until
smooth. There should be bubbles in the mixture. Add more maple syrup if
desired.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s
instructions. Enjoy!
