Cutting a round cheese wheel
In Switzerland, square cheese blocks are available in specialist shops or large supermarkets.
In Germany and other countries, however, you may only be able to find round cheese wheels.
Suppliers in Germany: In large cities: “Kaufhof” and good specialist cheese shops. Generally:
in food halls of department stores or simply over the Internet.
Must not exceed a size of max. 17.5 cm. Place the rind
must on the outside. This rind can be scraped off with
the supplied cheese spatula. Exact end format of the
cheese in the Stöckli cheese holder: 7.5 cm wide,
17.5 cm long, 8 cm high
Care and cleaning
Disconnect the power cable and allow the appliance to cool down (approx. 30 mins).
The cheese holder can be removed for cleaning and is dishwasher-safe. The raclette grill and
the grill plate can be cleaned with hot soapy water. Do not submerse the appliance in water
or place it in a dishwasher.
Discolouration of chrome steel surfaces can be removed with a chrome cleaner.
Do not use aggressive, hard or abrasive cleaning agents or objects.
Storage
Store the appliance in a dry location and out of the reach of children.
Disposal
 Obsolete appliances may be returned to the shop
for free expert disposal.
 Dispose of units with dangerous defects immediately
so that they can no longer be used.

Do not dispose of the appliance with your general
household rubbish (to protect the environment)!
