2.2) Cable output direction
(This chapter concerns the MOVENO-Z version only.)
If it is necessary to change the cable output direction, simply:
1. Pull the protection outwards.
2. Bend the cable in the required direction.
3. Introduce the protection, making sure that it is securely pushed
into its location.
2.3) Power supply cable and connector
(This chapter is intended for MOVENO-Y version and technical assistance personnel
only.)
If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced with an identical type supplied by the manufacturer or an authorised
customer service centre.
If it is necessary to disconnect the motor from the power supply cable proceed as shown in the figures below:
Turn the ring nut until the bevel
coincides with one of the connect-
ing teeth, and then disconnect. Repeat the same operation for
the other tooth. Bend the cable inwards and
remove the protection by turning
it carefully outwards. Pull out the connector.
The MOVENO-E tubular motors feature an electronic limit switch system, the electronic control unit interrupts the movement when the awning
reaches the set opening and closing positions. These positions must be programmed into the memory after the motor has been installed and
the awning mounted.
The motor can still be controlled even if these two positions, “0” (awning closed) and “1” (awning open), have not yet been memorised, how-
ever, the movement in this case will be hold-to-run. An intermediate position (Pos. “I”) to partially open the awning can also be programmed.
The “I” position and the activation of the torque reduction (RDC) can also be programmed at a later date.
The following can also be programmed:
• Position 2 necessary for the “FRT” function that keeps the fabric taught when the awning is fully open.
