Adjusting the fork arm span
NOTE
The load centre of gravity must always be at
an equal distance between the forks.
–
Move the locking lever (1) upwards.
–
Set the fork arm span according to the load
to be lifted.
The forks must be the same distance from the
axis of the truck.
–
Release the opposing lock by one detent on
the apron.
Progressive stopping of the carriage
in the lower position
A detector (1) that senses when the position of
the forks is 30 cm from the bottom part of the
mast triggers an automatic slowing of the low-
ering action. This detector prevents a violent
impact at the end of travel.

Push the fork lowering control until the car-
riage is fully lowered.
The progressive shutoff device for the carriage
prevents the buffer from being hit at the end of
travel.


