Visually inspect the quantity of chemical(s) in
the chemical enclosure. Make sure there is
enough chemical(s) for the day's planned wash
cycles.

Raise the carrier. Inspect the lid seal. Make
sure that the lid seal is in good condition.

Remove the baskets from the carrier and
inspect them. Make sure that ALL basket flush
ports are undamaged and free of blockages or
debris. See

Basket Care and Inspection

page 52.

On the carrier, remove spray arms one at a time and make sure that there are NO
debris or deposits blocking passages or spray holes.

5.1. To remove each spray arm, push the arm

firmly into the rotor housing and turn the
arm counter-clockwise. The arm can
then be pulled out of the rotor housing.
