When the side latches release, pull the basket up using the handles, keeping it level
until completely removed from the tank.

With the basket above the tank, hold the basket momentarily to allow any fluids
remaining in instruments and hoses to drain back into the tank.

Move the basket to a draining area away from the sonic irrigator to allow any
residual fluid to drain out.

5.4

Standard Basket

The standard basket has 4 flush manifolds, located in each of the 4 corners of
basket. Each flush manifold has 5 flush ports, making up a total of 20 available flush
ports. The flush ports provide lumen flushing for cannulated instruments.
