Routine Maintenance
1.
Wash chamber using a mild detergent solution.
2.
Rinse with tap water and dry with a lint-free cloth.
3.
If interior is stained, use a general purpose cleaner to remove general
stains or a stainless-steel stain remover for stubborn stains, as follows:
a.
Using a damp cloth or sponge, apply cleaner in a back and forth
motion, in same direction as surface grain.
b. Thoroughly wipe off cleaner.
c.
Polish surface with a clean, dry, and lint-free cloth.

HAZARD: Detergents are
caustic and can cause ad-
verse effects to exposed tis-
sues. Do not get in eyes, on
skin, or attempt to swallow.
Read and follow the precau-
tions and instructions on
the detergent label and in
the Material Safety Data
Sheet (MSDS) prior to han-
dling the detergent, refilling
the detergent container, or
servicing the detergent in-
jection pump. Wear appro-
priate Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) whenever
handling the detergent or
servicing the detergent in-
jection pump and lines.

HAZARD: To avoid slippery
floor conditions, immedi-
ately wipe up any spilled liq-
uids or drippage. If spilled
liquids or drippage are de-
tergents or other chemicals,
follow safety precautions
and handling procedures set
forth on detergent or chemi-
cal label and/or Material
Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
CAUTION – POSSIBLE
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE: Use
nonabrasive cleaners when
cleaning unit. Follow direc-
tions on containers and rub
in a back-and-forth motion
(in same direction as surface
grain). Abrasive cleaners will
damage stainless steel.
Cleaners rubbed in a circular
motion or applied with a wire
brush or steel wool will
scratch and dull stainless
steel. Do not use these clean-
ers on painted surfaces.
