Cycle and Control Value Programming

Operator Manual

to return to Menu (#2).

once more to update flash memory and return to

main screen (#1).

Standby Screen (#0):

Operator selects

STANDBY

from main screen (#1) to turn off utilities.

Power must still be supplied to the sterilizer controls. Operator
selects ON from the standby screen to restart utilities.

Generator Flush and Drain with Manual Controls

If the sterilizer is equipped with the optional integral steam
generator, even in manual utilities control, an automatic flush cycle
will run daily at the time scheduled and duration specified in the

GENERATOR FLUSH CONTROL

(screen #49). Default values: time

of flush-6 pm and duration of flush-10 minutes.

•

Sterilizer should be placed in

STANDBY

mode from main menu

(#1) prior to scheduled time for flush cycle to initiate. After flush
cycle is complete, sterilizer returns to standby mode.

•

If not in

STANDBY

the sterilizer will attempt to run a flush cycle

at the scheduled time.

•

If unable to run flush cycle at the scheduled time due to a cycle
in process, a flush cycle occurs after the current cycle ends.

•

If the flush cycle has been missed because the sterilizer was
powered down, the flush cycle will not run until the next day.

Important:

If a flush cycle is missed (see above),

RUN

GENERATOR FLUSH

can be selected at any time to complete daily

flush.

RUN GENERATOR FLUSH

functions whether the generator is

charged or not.

7.8.2 Automatic Utilities
