Sled Base

Attach seat to back
Lay the chair back on the floor. Take care to ensure
that the back will not be scratched or cut. Align j-bar
with bottom of seat.

Attach arms to seat/back assembly
Align arms to chair (2a) and make sure
that the arms are positioned over the hubs
(2b). Attach the arms using four (4)
2-3/16" long pan head screws (2c).
To avoid cross threading, start all
four (4) screws by hand before
tightening, making sure that the screws
are not going in the holes on an angle (2d).

PAY ATTENTION TO ARM ASSEMBLY (STEP 2)

Locate the four (4) holes on the chair seat (3a) and
attach using four (4) 1-1/16" long hex head bolts.
Push decorative cover over screw heads (3b).
NOTE:
After j-bar screws are tightened. Ensure
all arm screws are still tight.
Go to step 4 for caster base.
Go to step 8 for sled base.
