4.2 Positioning
Our cranes are designed to work with the
pillar vertically. The fastening plate should be
below the pillar.

avec le pied à la verticale. La platine de
fixation doit se trouver en dessous du pied.
4.3 Lower fixation point
The crane has to be fixed with 4 M12 screw
class 8.8.
All the holes must be used for the winch
fixation.
The tightening torque must correspond to the
chart below:

La totalité des trous de fixation doit être
utilisé.
Le couple de serrage doit correspondre au

4.4 Upper fixation point
The crane has to be fixed with 1 M12 screw
class 8.8.
The tightening torque must correspond to the
chart above.

La potence doit être fixée par 1 vis M12 de
qualité 8.8
Le couple de serrage doit correspondre au
tableau ci-dessus.
Check regularly the tightening of fixation
screws in lower and upper points.
For the Upper fixing point of the crane, you
have, in the kit, two collars and a fixation
support that will have to attach to a rigid point
of the vehicle, able to resist to the efforts
described in Chapter 4.1. Vérifier régulièrement le serrage des vis de
fixation en partie inférieure et supérieure.
Pour la fixation haute de la potence, vous
disposez, dans le colis, de 2 collier
s et d’une
patte qui devront se fixer sur un point rigide
du véhicule, capable de supporter les efforts
décrits au chapitre 4.1.
The tightening of fixation screws must be
checked after the first five operating hours,
then every 3 months. Le serrage des vis de fixation du matériel doit
être vérifié après les 5 premières heures de
fonctionnement, puis tous les 3 mois.
It is essential that this crane be fixed at the top and bottom, regardless of the
vehicle, trailer, dumpster, etc.
The upper part for the high fixing point must be designed and calculated by
your bodybuilder or your planner, respecting the stress indications.
Il est indispensable que cette potence soit fixée obligatoirement en haut et en
bas, quel que soit le véhicule, remorque, benne, etc
La fixation haute doit être réalisée et dimensionnée par votre carrossier ou
votre aménageur, en respectant les indications d’effort.
