Installation
Transmitter
1. Connect an
HDMI Cable
to the
HDMI Port
on the
Transmitter
and to an HDMI port
on the
Host Computer
,
KVM Switch
, or
Video Source Device
.
2. Connect a
USB-A to Mini B Cable
to the
Mini USB Port
on the
Transmitter
and to a
USB port on the
Host Computer
or
KVM Switch
.
3. Depending on the configuration of your devices use one of the connection methods
below:
•
Direct connection:
Connect a
CAT5e/6 Cable
to the
RJ45 Port
on the
Transmitter
and connect the other end to the
RJ45 Port
on the
Receiver.
•
Indirect connection:
Connect the
CAT5e/6 Cable
to an
RJ45 Port
on a
Wall
Receptacle
(pre-wired), or an
Ethernet Switch
.
4. Connect the
Universal Power Adapter
to the
Power Port
on the
Transmitter
and
to an
AC Electrical Outlet
.
