Adding SNMPv1 and 2 Notification Recipients

On the
SNMPv1, 2 Host Setting
page, enter the following information:
•
Server Address:
Indicates the SNMP trap destination address. It allows a
valid IP address in dotted decimal notation (‘x.y.z.w’). It can also represent a
legally valid IPv4 address. For example, ‘::192.1.2.34’.
•
SNMP Version:
Indicates the SNMP trap version supported.
Possible versions are:
•
SNMP v1
: Set SNMP trap supported version 1.
•
SNMP v2c
: Set SNMP trap supported version 2c.
•
Notify Type
: Defines the type of notification, it can be set as
traps
or
informs
.
•
Community Name
: Indicates the community access string when sending an
SNMP trap packet.
