Periodic maintenance allows for a long life and operation without problem.
The cleaning schedule, lubrication and maintenance must be regular and
constant. As ordinary practice of preventive maintenance, follow the proce-
dures below:
1.
When work is completed, CLEAN the machine to allow its proper op-
eration over time;
2.
USE clean humid rags to clean the machine;
3.
KEEP the air openings of motor free of oil, grease, sawdust and / or
wood chips, and SAVÉ the machine in a dry place;
4. CERTIFY that all mobile parts are well lubricated, particularly after
prolonged exposure to moisture and / or dirty conditions.
WARNING:
This machine is subject to wear and possible premature fail-
ure when used in fi berglass, plaster, plaster or mortar compounds. The
waste or chips of these materials are highly abrasive to the engine
parts, may cause damage to the bearings, motor and other parts. So
it is NOT RECOMMENDED use in prolonged works in these types of
materials. During the use of these materials, it is extremely important
that the machine is cleaned frequently and can be used with caution and
safety, compressed air to external cleaning.
