Stanley® FatMax® 450 Instant / 900 PEAK Battery Amp Jump Starter with Air Compressor
450 Amp Jump Starter
Always consult your product Instruction Manual before operation
1.
Turn off ignition and all accessories (lights, radio, A/C,
etc.) and be sure the vehicle is in park.
2.
Make sure the Jump-starter power switch is turned off.
3.
Connect the jump-starter’s positive and negative
clamps according to the connection method specified in
your vehicle’s instruction manual.
4.
Please note if the red LED is lit and the audible alarm
sounds the unit is connected in reverse polarity and you
must adjust your connection.
5.
When the clamps are properly connected, turn on the
jump-starter’s power switch.
6.
Turn on the ignition and crank the engine in 5-6 second
bursts until the engine starts.
7.
Turn off the jump-starter power switch.
8.
Disconnect the jump-starter’s positive and negative
clamps according to the connection method specified in your vehicle’s instruction manual.
9.
Recharge your unit after each use and every 30 days to maintain the internal batteries life.
120 PSI Compressor
Always consult your product Instruction Manual before operation
1.
Lift the thumb latch on the nozzle (chuck) and fit it onto the valve stem.
2.
Ensure nozzle connector is pushed on to valve stem as far as possible before closing thumb latch.
3.
Make sure latch is secure
4.
Turn on the Compressor Power Switch.
5.
Check pressure with the pressure gauge.
6.
When desired pressure is reached, open thumb latch and remove the nozzle connector from the
valve stem.
7.
Turn off Compressor Power Switch.
8.
Allow unit to cool before storing away.
9.
Store compressor hose and tire fitting in storage compartment.
Recharging:

1.
Lift the AC cover on the top of the unit near the handle and connect an extension cord to the built
in AC adapter.
2.
Plug the other end of the extension cord into a live 120V AC wall outlet.
3.
Recharge until all of the battery status LED’s illuminate.
4.
Once fully charged, disconnect the extension cord.
