3.1.2 Printer Troubleshooting

If the printer is not in an error mode, but will not print receipts or reports or the print out is the wrong
text size, check the PRINTER SETTINGS menu for proper programming.

If paper is being ejected but not printed you should check to see if the paper is loaded upside down.

3.1.3 Printer Fault Conditions

There are no indicators on the printer for a fault condition. When the printer is low on paper the green
led to the right of the connectors will blink. When the paper is full it will be on constantly.
