Symptom Remedy
The unit does not work, no light,
the fan does not run
Check the mains connection and the main fuse.
No response to the DMX con‐
troller
1. The ‘DMX’ LED should flash while data are being trans‐
mitted. If it doesn't, check the DMX connectors and
cables for proper connection.
2. If the ‘DMX’ LED is not flashing and unresponsive,
check the address settings and the DMX polarity.
3. Try using another DMX controller.
4. Check to see if the DMX cables run near or alongside
to high voltage cables that may cause damage or inter‐
ference to DMX interface circuits.
Display shows ‘Lamp Hot’ The LEDs are switched off automatically to prevent over‐
heating. Disconnect the unit from the mains and let it
cool down before you turn it on again.
