to use the display only, without touch feature

to use the display features with the touch
detection only. Selecting this configuration, you will not be able to retrieve the X, Y coordinates.

to use all board features.

Note:
To optimize the number of the allocated pins, it is possible that both LCD and Touch share the same DSPI
peripheral with two different chip selects.
