SYSTEM DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
The SRV930 medium capacity counter top scale employs the latest in microprocessor and load
cell technology to provide accurate and repeatable weight data. Operated by one (1) 9-volt battery,
the scale can be used in a fixed location or as a portable scale.
The low power microprocessor circuitry allows the SRV930 scale to derive its power from one (1)
9-volt battery or for continuous operation, the optional AC adaptor (SRV930AC).
The animal’s weight is displayed on a 4½ digit LCD display.
INTENDED USE:
The SRV930 scale is designed for use as an animal weighing system for animals not exceeding 44
pounds. Please read the following warnings to avoid injury to the animal or attendant.
STORAGE and TRANSPORTATION
STORAGE:
If storing this equipment for periods longer than three (3) months, remove the battery. To maintain
proper operation of this instrument, storage and transport conditions should not vary outside the
following conditions: Ambient Temperature 41
F to 95
F (5
C to 35
C).
TRANSPORTATION:
To transport the SRV930 scale from one location to another within the office, use the handles to
lift and carry. If moving from inside to a mobile location, SRI recommends using the soft-sided
carry case (SRV930CC) to protect the scale from outside elements.
