ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STR11108
1. Remove all parts and carefully place on a level
surface.
2. Screw column (B) into base (A).
3. Loosen screw (C) and adjust pole (D) to desired
height, then tighten screw (C).
4. Place shade (F) over socket (E) and then tighten
with socket ring (G) to secure shade in place.
5. Insert bulb into socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 150 WATT 3Way, Type “A” Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
