SAFETY INFORMATION
Please note that improper use of the plyo box can lead to injuries.
Place the plyo box on a stable, level surface and make sure that it is straight and does not wobble.
Make sure that the box is not placed on stones, screws or other objects, as this can cause damage.
Regularly check that all screws are tightened and before using check the plyo box for damage that would
prevent normal use. To avoid accidents, do not use a damaged box.
Make sure that there are no obstacles in the immediate vicinity of the plyo box. Other people should not
approach the area surrounding the box while you are using it.
The plyo box is intended for training at home and may only be used by adults.
The plyo box is not a toy! Always keep children away from the plyo box. Do not leave children unattended
in a room with the plyo box.
Before using the plyo box for the first time, consult your doctor as to whether using the plyo box is suitable
for you and to what extent you should be exercising.
If you feel uncomfortable, ill or unwell, you should not exercise. If you feel nauseous, dizzy or unwell when
exercising, stop exercising immediately and contact a doctor or therapist.
The plyo box should be used taking your level of physical fitness into account. Tailor your exercise to suit
your level of performance. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Never start exercising
at maximum exertion, increase effort slowly.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for exercising.
Before other people train on the plyo box, please inform them of how to use it.
Do not drop the plyo box.
Do not exceed the maximum load of 120 kg (unglued) or 300 kg (glued)!
