3.6 CUTTING BLADE ON/OFF
To switch on the cutting deck, set the blade on / off switch to ON.
To turn off the cutting deck, set the blade on / off switch to OFF.
WARNING
Keep the blade switched on when you are mowing. Always switch off the blade when moving between
mowed areas.
3.7 MOWING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The machine has 4 cutting height adjustment positions. The mowing height can be set as standard in the range
between 40 - 110 mm.
To set the cutting height:
1) Stop the mower on a horizontal surface and turn off the mowing deck
2) Hold the lift handle in the locked position (See also: USE OF THE MOWER > MAIN COMPONENTS
LOCATIONS )
3) Turn the handle according to the pictogram and set the desired cutting height
4) Release the handle to secure the desired height
WARNING
The mowing platform system is supported by strong springs that reduce the force required to change the
mowing height. The cutting height can only be changed when the mower is firmly standing on all wheels.
When the cutting height lever is unlocked at another position of the mower, the lever may be
ejected upwards.
For high or wet grass, select a higher mowing position.
The lowest position is used when mowing flat and well-kept areas.
