WARNING
The CENTRAL STOP buttons on the controller and on the mower should be used whenever an
emergency stop is required.

3.5 MOWER SAFETY ELEMENTS
When driving, always keep the mower under control. It is necessary to pay attention to any obstacles and always
watch out for potentially dangerous situations.
Description of mower controls can be found on chapter:
Drive the mower slowly so that you can react to the direction the mower will move into.
When descending a slope, a suitable speed should be selected beforehand. Select a speed taking any risks into
account.
WARNING
Beware when moving the forward / reverse drive joystick while driving as it can cause injury to you and
others. The mower can change direction suddenly and without warning. The lever must be handled
exactly as instructed.
WARNING
It is forbidden to drive the mower (without doing any work) with the mowing mechanism switched on.
SPEED SELECTION
Always choose a suitable driving speed that will allow for a satisfactory mowing quality. When selecting a speed,
always go from lower to higher speeds, not vice versa.
There are two methods to select speed:

Swiveling the joystick
o
The mower is stationary in the neutral position
o
The greater the deflection, the higher the mower speed
•
Changing the turtle / rabbit switch
o
Shifting the lever to rabbit mode increases the speed / in turtle mode speed is decreased by half
o
This function is effective when the travel joystick is depressed.
o
Change the speed mode (rabbit/turtle) only when the machine is stationary!
WARNING
Never reduce speed by reducing engine speed
! The speed always changes only by pressing the
drive joystick.
