Create a list of your favorite ngpay partners and services. You can always update this list.
Step 3: Transact with your favorite partners
Select any partner from your favorite list and go through the intuitive steps. Once you reach
the pay screen while transacting with any partner, pay using a variety of payment
instruments. Currently, your regular Visa/MasterCard credit cards and HDFC Bank Account
are supported.
Step 4: Retrieve Transaction details
Your transaction details get stored in the ngpay History under the My Profile menu. In
addition, ngpay also sends you a SMS and an email with the transaction details.
HOW SAFE IS NGPAY?
ngpay transactions offer security levels similar to ATM transactions. Once you become a
ngpay user, for your security you will need to enter your unique 6-digit PIN, every time you
make a payment transaction. This PIN number is NOT stored on your handset, so hacking
your stolen handset will not put you at risk.
ngpay's Mobile Wallet is a tamper-proof digital wallet on your phone and it stores your Bank
account/card details in an encrypted form. Even if you lose your phone, unauthorized users
cannot access ngpay or your payment/banking transactions without your unique ngpay PIN.
What’s more, you can simply call ngpay Customer Care @ +91 80 67004000 or SMS <your
message> to +91 99009 06677, and block ngpay on your phone.
ngpay respects your privacy. ngpay does not store your card / bank information on its
servers, neither do we share your personal information with any third party - other than those
ngpay Partners that you have selected to use. These Partners may contact you directly for
service related issues.
If your mobile goes off during a transaction due to either low battery charge or bad
connectivity, rest assured that your credit card will not be debited. Charges are debited to
your credit card only on the successful completion of a payment transaction.

Emergic Email2SMS is a product of Netcore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provided by Spice Mobiles.
Email2SMS allows you to receive email on your phone via SMS without GPRS. You can
Read, Reply, Compose and Forward your emails via SMS. This service is only available for
Gmail, Indiatimes and Corporate Account Holders. Spice Mobiles offers FREE subscription
for one month.
1. Just send SPICE START <Location> to 575758 to register for Email2SMS service.
For composing new mail type NEW <Receiver's Email-Id> S: <Subject> B: <Message> and
send it to 575758.
2. For replying to any mail types REPLY <Message-Id> <Message> and send it to 575758.
3. For replying to all in the mail type REPLY <Message-Id> <Message> and send it to
575758.
