Use an air line lubricator with Mobil Almo 525 air tool oil
(model 4ZF22), adjusted to two (2) drops per minute. If
an air line lubricator cannot be used, add air motor oil
to the inlet once a day.
The amount of moisture carried by compressed air
varies as the temperature of the air drops after
compression. As the temperature drops, water is
precipitated. In order to eliminate as much water

Grinding/Cutting Disc Installation.
CAUTION: Disconnect the air supply to the Grinder before
installing or replacing disc.
To hold the spindle in place, use either the "Spindle Lock
Button' or Wrench provided. Remove 'Outer Flange Nut'
using 'Pin Wrench' provided. Install grinding disc on spindle
and replace Outer Flange Nut. Tighten using Spanner
Wrench. Note: Do not over tighten as this could crack the
disc.
For 21AA89, press #60 spindle lock button for #30 spindle
locked. Using #55 pin wrench to loose #40 nut. For 21AA91
press #27 shaft to lock #12 gear shaft. Using #53 key
wrench to loose #22 disc nut . Replace with a new cutting
disc.
