Uploading a point name list or code list

1. Use the communication cable to connect the instrument to a computer, and then start the

communication software.

2. Select

COM

PC > Total Station

. Navigate to and select the PT List file to upload.

3. The system prompts for confirmation before starting the transfer.

Before clicking OK, first

complete Step 5 through Step 7 on the total station

4. On the total station, in the main menu, press

and

When uploading a code list, it always replaces the existing code list on the instrument. A

maximum of 256 codes or point names can be stored.
