NOTE:    Video Files must be saved in compatible file types in order to be played by the Office

Station.   See page 16 for a list of compatible file types.  If the  file is in a different format it

must be converted to a file type that can be read and played.   File converters are available

online through many third party software providers.  Go to

http://spectareproducts.com/support/ for list of software file converter recommendations.

CAUTION:    Connecting to the computer with the phone cord plugged in may temporarily disrupt your phone.

If you are connected to an IP Phone service please disconnect the phone line on the back of Office Station

before connecting the Office Station to the computer.   If  you can not get a dial tone after disconnecting from

your computer then please power cycle your IP Phone box.
