To enter the Main Menu press the Return Key from any screen until the Main Menu appears.
There are eight functions on the Main Menu.

4.1 Sideshow
Select the “Slideshow” icon on the Main Menu to enter this mode. The images from the selected memory location will
begin to play.
NOTE: To change the location of the images go to the “Setup” icon from the Main Menu and select “Card Select ”
(see page 13- Card Select Menu) The images in the contact folder of the internal memory will not appear in the slide show.

Select “DPF Setup” from the “Setup” menu to enter this mode.
Select the “Message” icon on the main menu to enter this mode.
NOTE: To change the outgoing message that your callers will hear and to activate or disactivate the phone recording
features go to the Setup Menu and select Phone Setting (See Page 15 for more details).

4.2 Music
Select the Music icon on the Main Menu for p la yb a ck of M P 3 music files. After entering the Music mode you will see a list
of song titles from the files that are copied to the memory location that has been chosen in the Setup.
NOTE: To change the location of the songs go to the Setup menu and select “Card Select ”(see page 13- Setup)
Highlight the desired song from the list and press the Enter Key to Play or Pause.
Select the Call List Icon on the Main Menu. After entering you will see a list of calls with a status icon, name and/or number, date
and time of the call.

VENTILATION - The device should be situated so that its location or position does not
interfere with its proper ventilation. For example, the unit should not be
situated on a bed, sofa, rug or similar surface that may block the ventilation

HEAT - The device should be situated away from sources of high heat such as radiators

USB POWER SOURCE - The device should be connected to a USB power supply from
a connected computer with USB 2.0 compliant connection.
CLEANING - We strongly cleaning regularly using a clean, dry, non-alcohol computer
type cleaning cloth to clean the frame and phone surfaces.
NON USE PERIOD - The USB cord for the device should be unplugged from the
computer when the unit is left unused for a long period of time.
USB OVERLOADING - Do not overload the USB connections on your computer.
Disconnect other USB devices such as a wireless mouse, MP3 Player, mobile
phone or other USB powered devices. If too many devices are connected to
the computer their may be inadequate power for the Photo2File to operate
properly
SERVICING - The user should not attempt to service the device beyond those means
described in the operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to
qualified service personnel.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Manufacture Warranty: 90 Days from receipt of the product
Spectare branded products purchased from the SpectareStore.com, through our online listings,
or through our authorized retail partners are warranted against defects in materials and/or workman-
ship under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase by the original purchaser
("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its
option, Spectare Products will either:
1. Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally
equivalent to the original product.
3. Provide a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original
product.
A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed in accordance with
instructions provided by Spectare Products, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the
replaced item becomes property of the Spectarestore.com. When a store credit is given, the original
product must be returned to the Spectarestore.com and becomes property of the SpectareStore.

by number. You may add your own ringtone by going to the MUSIC mode and copying a song as a Ringtone
(See Page 6 for more details).

Auto On / Off: This feature will automatically turn on and off the LCD Frame display at determined times of the day.
To utilize this feature set the “Auto On/Off” field to “Enable” and then set the time to turn on and
to turn off the LCD display each day.
After selecting a contact name in the Phone List the detail page of the contact will appear on the screen. This page shows the
Contact Name, Phone numbers and selected image.
After selecting Add or Modify Contact from the menu on the Phone List page the contact edit screen will appear. This page allows you
to enter the contact name and phone numbers as well as to select an image and ringtone for the contact.

CAUTION: Connecting to the computer with the phone cord plugged in may temporarily disrupt your phone.
If you are connected to an IP Phone service please disconnect the phone line on the back of Office Station
before connecting the Office Station to the computer. If you can not get a dial tone after disconnecting from
your computer then please power cycle your IP Phone box.
