2. Unpacking, Checking and Installation

Beware!

The Atlas™ Autotouch 40T press is very heavy and care

must be taken to transport it correctly. Please keep the
press packing materials for future transportation by
reversing the following procedure. This will protect you
and the press from accident or injury.

The Atlas™ Autotouch 40T press is shipped in a timber packing case
with a special pallet base. The press is packed with a lifting “eye bolt”
assembly already fitted, ready for lifting with the customer’s crane.
Having already removed the screws around the top perimeter of the
timber packing case and lifted off the top lid to allow access to the
instruction manual (as advised from the external warning label on the
packing case), proceed as follows.
