Speaker Keys
Adding Voice Services to Speaker Channels
To add a voice service to a speaker channel:
1. Navigate to Program > Speaker Keys > Add (Shortcut *231 )
2. This displays a list of voice services.
3. Highlight the required voice service and press OK .
4. Choose where to place the voice service by pressing the associated Voice Channel key.
• Selecting a speaker key that is already occupied will overwrite the key.
• This can also be done directly within Main > Directories > Voice Services. Once there, follow the
above steps starting from step 3.
Deleting Voice Services from Speaker Channels
To remove a voice service from a speaker channel:
1. Navigate to Program > Speaker Keys > Delete (Shortcut *232 ).
This displays the ‘Select Channel’ page.
2. Select the required speaker channel by pressing the associated Speaker Channel key to delete
the voice service from the ‘Speaker Channels’ page.
Alternatively, this can be done by holding the clear key on the Speaker Channel page which displays
the ‘Delete Channel’ page for about 3 seconds. From here follow step 2.
Moving Speaker Channels
To move a speaker channel:
1. Navigate to Program > Speaker Keys > Move (Shortcut *233 ).
This displays the ‘Select Channel’ page.
