TROUBLESHOOTING
Flow of symptom check, operation check Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100)

Potential symptom: No sound, intermittent sound, noise, strange sound.

Note:

Please check it without less RF interferences. Please connect Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100) to PC, if there is no TV. Please refer to the technical

information (DI-Net: DIG0003217) issued separately for how to use PC.

Transceiver (UWT-BR100) and TV (Not guaranteed)

Correct settings of TV (Especially Headphone/

Audio out setting)

It can wireless connection
between Wireless Transceiver
(UWT-BR100) and subwoofer.
(Keep lighting green or amber
of both LED)

Check the LED status of
subwoofer.

In case of turned off, press

the power button once.

In case of lighting red, press

the power button twice.

Reset the Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100).
There are two method to reset Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100).

Send “Reset” command to Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100) using PC application.

Please refer to the technical information (DI-Net: DIG0003217) issued separately for how to
use PC application (how to send the command).

Press and hold [SECURE] button of Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100), about 15 seconds.

Note:

Applicable only for firmware version of Wireless Transceiver (UWT-BR100) is “FW0201”

or

later.
