8.1. INITIALIZE ELEMENT STATUS command (07h)
The INITIALIZE ELEMENT STATUS command directs the autoloader to
initialize all elements and related states. This command is issued, for example,
after the status is changed by an operator and is used to initialize the internal
state.

If used with this command, the NMIC bit controls whether the autoloader scans
the MIC information when scanning the tape cartridges.
0: Scan the MICs.
1: Do not scan the MICs.
However, if a hardware Scan ON/OFF setting can be made, operations other
than the Initialize Element Status command can follow the hardware setting.
Otherwise, the Initialize Element Status command operates as follows.
