Ethernet Interface

The CPU board is connected to FP CPU (IC1700) on the HPR-55 board with the Ethernet interface to control them and
for mutual data transfer.
(IC1700, IC2000/SY-438 board ←→ CPU board/HPR-55 board)

SATA Interface

The CPU board is connected to mSATA SSD (CN2600/HPR-55 board) with the SATA interface to control them and for
mutual data transfer.

I2C Interface

The CPU board is connected to following device with the I2C interface to control them and for mutual data transfer.

• KMBC (FPGA) (IC2100/HPR-55 board)
• PRAC (CPLD) (IC2300/HPR-55 board)
• Power monitor PLD (IC2500/HPR-55 board)
• FAN control IC (IC2603/HPR-55 board)
• RTC IC (IC2604/HPR-55 board)
• Far Cry EEPROM (IC2605/HPR-55 board)
• Temperature sensor IC (IC2606/HPR-55 board)
• FPAC (FPGA) (IC401/FP-209 board)

1-13-6. I/O Interface System

REMOTE (9P)

The REMOTE signal is connected to the driver/receiver IC704 from the REMOTE (9P) connector (CN700 on the SY-438
board), and then connected to the IO CPU (IC1) on the SY-438 board, and controlled.

Time Code

Input side

The input signal of the time code is input from the BNC connector (the left one of the CN5, twin connector on the SY-438
board) of the TIME CODE IN, and then connected to the PHOT (IC900) on the HPR-55 board via the buffer/amplifier
circuit (IC700, IC701).

Output side

The output signal of the time code is output from the PHOT (IC900) on the HPR-55 board, and then output from the
BNC connector (the right one of the CN5, twin connector on the SY-438 board) of the TIME CODE OUT via the buffer/
amplifier circuit (IC701, IC702) on the SY-438 board.

Ethernet

Ethernet data, which is connected from the Ethernet 8-pin RJ45 connector CN600 on the SY-438 board to the Ethernet
interface IC (IC600), is converted to the PCI-Express (PCIe) signal.
