IMX
This IMX encoding mode is characterized
by All Intra CBG.
NORMAL
This encoding mode is M=3 with Long
GOP CBR.
This yields a fixed latency, regardless of
the set bit rate.
LD
This is a low delay mode, with All P Intra
slice.
NORMAL_BL
This encoding mode is M=3 with Long
GOP CBR.
This yields the minimum latency,
depending on the set bit rate.

video_rate
auto
The video ES bit rate is calculated
automatically from the TS rate and audio
settings. An 'A' appears after the numeric
value.
manual
The video ES bit rate can be specified in
4.000 to 7.500 to 50.000
units of 2 kbps. If a certain degree of error
occurs, this is controlled to be below the
setting value.
Argument unit: Mbps
When video_encmode is IMX:
30.000, 35.000, 40.000, 45.000, 50.000
Mbps
When chroma mode is 420:
4.000 to 15.000 Mbps
In other cases:
6.000 to 30.000 Mbps
Notes
• When the MSBA-20IP is installed, keep
ts_rate within 35.000 Mbps.
• If “N014: maintenance video_rate” is set
to “extended,” and video_encmode is
other than IMX, the minimum limit for
video_rate is 2 Mbps. Note, however, that
operation cannot be guaranteed at
present.
