After a while, a sound

that the power will soon turn off.
Turns off
The speaker is off.

When connecting to an AC outlet for the first time after purchase
When connecting the USB AC adaptor to the DC IN 5 V jack of the speaker after the
built-in rechargeable battery runs out
When the speaker has been initialized
