1)
Press the
Home
button once
Make sure your box is on and press 80
for the BBC News channel
2)
Use the
Right Arrow
button to select
Settings and use the
Down Arrow
to select
Digital Set-up
and
press the
Middle
button
3)
Use the
Down Arrow
button to select
Digital Tuning
on the
third line of the menu
and press the
Middle
button
4)
Select
Digital Auto
Tuning
on the first
line of the menu
and press the
Middle
button
5)
You will be asked
if you want to start
Auto Tuning. Use
the arrow buttons to
select
Yes
and press
the
Middle
button
