Preparation
Attach the FB adjustment chart to the infinity jig (1000 mm), and
set the jig as shown in the following figure.

Note:
The Brightness at the center of FB adjustment chart should be
200 to 400 lux or 35 to 65 cd/m
2
.
Please make the FB adjustment chart so that there is no uneven-
ness of light source.
Checking Method
1. Click the [FB CHK] button in the Adjustment and Inspection.
2. “PLEASE CHANGE ZOOM to TELE” is displayed, set the
zooming ring to the TELE end (focal length: 600 mm).

3. “Select the AF.” is displayed, set the focus-mode switch to the
AF.

4. “Confirm the image is in focus while zoom. Start” is displayed,
press the ENTER key.
5. While operating the zooming ring, check that the FB adjustment
chart is in sharpest focus on the camera monitor.
6. “After Confirmation Set to WIDE” is displayed, set the zooming
ring to the WIDE end (focal length: 200 mm).

7. When the ENTER key is pressed, “FB ADJUSTMENT OK” is
displayed.
8. When the ENTER key is pressed, releasing from adjustment
mode are performed automatically, and “ [FB CHK EXECU-
TION OK]” is displayed in the message area when the process
is completed.
