NTSC PB
When you play back an NTSC color system video, select the available system of
your TV to play back the video with.

Tip
• When you play a tape back on a Multi System TV, select the best mode while you are
viewing the picture on the TV.

Select to play the video back on a PAL system TV.

Select to play the video back on a TV with an NTSC 4.43 mode.

Select not to display date, time and the camera settings data during
playback.

Select to display the date and time during playback (p. 51).

Select to display the camera settings data during playback (p. 51).

AUTO
Select to display the remaining tape indicator for about 8 seconds:
• After you select the CAMERA-TAPE mode with the cassette
inserted, and your camcorder calculates the remaining amount of
tape.
• When you touch
(play/pause).
ON
Select to always display the remaining tape indicator.

Select when using the Remote Commander supplied with your
camcorder.
OFF
Select to deactivate the Remote Commander to prevent your
camcorder from responding to a command sent by another VCR
remote control unit.
