3. CAMERA RETURN
Sub-Menu
This sub-menu allows you to check
whether or not signal transmission and
reception are correctly performed
between the unit and a camcorder by
transmitting a 1-kHz reference signal
from all of output connectors of the
unit.
By comparing the 1-kHz reference
signal sent from the unit with the
signal returned from the camcorder, an
error is detected. You can confirm the
connection status and adjust the output
level and recording according to the
error detected.
For detailed information, see “Using
the Unit to a Camcorder” on page 34.
4. LCF Sub-Menu
This menu allows you to set two kinds
of frequencies for the input low-cut
filter as entries A and B.
You can change either A or B using
the LCF switch on the front panel.
4. LCF sub-menu
Turning the ADJUST knob to the right or
left increases or decreases the
frequency.
Default frequency for the low cut
filter
A: 70 Hz
B: 140 Hz
Available frequencies
At the 48-kHz sampling frequency:
50, 70, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200,
220, 240, 260, 280, 320, 360 and 400
At the 96-kHz sampling frequency:
70, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220,
240, 260, 280, 320, 360 and 400
Note
At the 96-kHz sampling frequency, 50
Hz cannot be selected.
If the 50 Hz frequency is selected at
48-kHz sampling frequency and the
sampling frequency is switched to 96
kHz, the setting of 50 Hz is changed to
70 Hz. When the sampling frequency
is switched to 48 kHz again, the
setting of 50 Hz is restored.
