Power Supply Voltage Check

A high voltage is applied to the power supply unit.
To avoid shock hazards, never touch the power supply unit
by bare hand.
Be extremely careful to perform the checking in a live
system.
Required equipment and tool

Digital voltmeter:
ADVANTEST TR6845 or
the equivalent
.
Extension board, EX-621: A-8318-782-A
Procedures
1.
Check the voltage at each measuring point on the
extension board using a digital voltmeter.

If the specifications are not satisfied, replace the
switching regulator with the new ones.

Notice that the voltage values (3.3 V and 5 V) to be
checked differ from the voltage value printed on the
EX-621 extension board.
During 3.3 V check: 5 V measurement point on the
EX-621 board
During 5 V check:
3.3 V measurement point on the
EX-621 board

After checking is completed, pull out the extension
board EX-621.

Install the board retainer using the four screws.
