Singing along: Karaoke
(except for European
models)
You can enjoy Karaoke by setting the
system to Karaoke Mode.

Press FUNCTION (or FUNCTION
+/

on the unit) to select “DVD”
or “USB.”

Press MIC LEVEL

on the unit
repeatedly until “MIN” appears
in the display (to minimize the
microphone volume).

Connect a microphone to MIC
jack on the unit.
The Karaoke Mode is turned on.
“KARAOKE MODE: ON” appears on
the TV screen and “  ” appears in
the display.

Start playing the music and
adjust the volume.
DVD VIDEO, DVD‑R/‑RW in VR
mode and video files:
The system outputs the audio format
that you have selected.
AUDIO CD, VIDEO CD, MP files:
The audio setting automatically
changes to “1/L” and the system
outputs the left channel audio.
If you want to hear vocal:
Press AUDIO repeatedly to select
another audio channel.

Start singing along with
the music and adjust the
microphone volume by turning
MIC LEVEL.
To turn off the Karaoke Mode
Disconnect the microphone. “KARAOKE
MODE: OFF” appears on the TV screen.
To adjust the microphone echo level
Press ECHO LEVEL +/

on the unit
repeatedly.
To cancel the echo effect, press ECHO
LEVEL  on the unit repeatedly until
“MIN” appears in the display.
