Features
The BRU-300/300P Optical Multiplex Unit is designed
to connect the BRC-300/300P 3CCD Color Video
Camera.
Long-distance transmission via optical fiber
cable (BRC-300/300P only)
The BRU-300/300P is equipped with a camera
connector to allow the connection of multiplex optical
fiber cable. You can connect the BRC-300/300P camera
from up to 500 m (1,640 feet) away by inserting the
BRBK-303 Optical Multiplex Card into the camera and
using the CCFC-M100 Optical Fiber Cable.
Two interface card slots equipped
The BRU-300/300P is equipped as standard with a
composite video output (BNC) and S video output. In
addition to these connectors, two interface card slots
allow the unit to be equipped with various analog signal
outputs such as RGB and component video outputs, and
an SDI signal output conforming to SMPTE259 serial
digital interface standards.
External sync signal input/output equipped
When multiple BRC-300/300P cameras are connected
via the Optical Fiber Cable, the video signal can be
synchronized by inputting the video signal into the
external sync input connector.
Long-distance, high-speed transmission via
VISCA RS-232C/RS-422 communication
protocol
Up to seven VISCA-controllable cameras can be
connected in daisy chain.
